The taste of this Chinese restaurant is very authentic, it can compete with 98% of Chinese food in the United States, and it is super suitable for my Chinese stomach. Their cold noodles are also better than those of many domestic chain brands. The shredded pork with spicy peppers is also tender and refreshing, and the green peppers are green, fragrant and crispy, with the taste of what I ate when I was a child. I especially recommend the scrambled eggs with tomatoes, which are hard to find in the United States.

Delicious food. May ranges from classic American Chinese food to traditional Xi’an noodles hand pulled by a chef actually from Xian. My Chinese friends all find it authentic. Waitress is incredibly nice and attentive, and very friendly. Beautiful decor on the inside, and usually not too busy. Plenty of seating in a vary specious interior- much larger than it looks from the outside. Great place for a quick meal or dinner conversation with a group. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great food, great service. i often do takeouts here and they tailor them to my preferences. the food itself is authentic and great taste and pretty fresh. atmosphere can be livened up with some background music. Stopped by for a quick meal and was really impressed. The noodles were super tasty and the portion size was huge, I almost couldn’t finish it. And it was cheap too. Staff were super nice, and service was fast. It’s really good. They were so nice. Best garlic chicken I’ve ever had.
